As a client and business partner, the founder of Skill Insight will be, for the time being your direct point of contact.
3. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
3.1
We provide outstanding services within personal development in the following areas: coaching, courses, keynotes, social media articles and interactions, online events, and our magazine. Consulting services within change management is also provided.
4. ABOUT FEES
4.1
We offer customized services in all areas of our services which means that the fees and billings are structured according to a setup that match the need of our clients.
5. ABOUT PAYMENTS
5.1
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoicing is charged automatically and distributed digitally by e-mail.
5.2
Invoices are due for payment within thirty (15 or 30) days from the date of invoice and an interest on overdue amount may be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act from the due date until receipt of payment.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Skill Insight Sweden is data controller of all personal data information provided and collected in relation with any of our activities and all processing of personal data is
carried out in accordance with current data protection legislation, found in our Privacy Policy stored in our website.
7. ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS
7.1
We communicate with our clients and others involved in our activities through internet and digital applications as well as phone and e-mail.
7.2
Skill Insight Sweden is aware of the security and confidentiality risks that some applications may have, and no obligations will be taken from our part because of any loss or damage in these platforms.
8. ABOUT COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1
Any material produced by Skill Insight Sweden should not be distributed or used for other purposes than originally stated unless any other agreement has been carried out with us.
9. ABOUT CLAIMS
9.1
We always aim to ensure our clients fully satisfaction in terms with our services. In the event of any complaint, kindly submit via e-mail a written claim no later than six months after invoice date of issue for further investigation.
10. ABOUT COMMITMENT TERMINATION
10.1
Commitments may be terminated at any time. Any fee, expenses or issued invoices related to services provided before termination should be paid.
11. AMENDMENTS & GOVERNING LAW
11.1
Skill Insight Sweden´s General Terms and Conditions will be amended periodically following GDPR requirements and in accordance with substantive Swedish law. Our website always presents the latest version.
